Banco Espirito Santo v BDO International B.V.Plaintiffs suing on behalf of Banco Espirito Santo sought to collect $521 million in damages from BDO International B.V. My firm was retained for the duration of the month-long trial. Document and graphics presentation played a consistent role during the presentation of evidence during this high-stakes jury trial. A Miami-Dade jury found that BDO International isn't liable for millions in losses sustained by Banco Espirito Santo because of the failure of BDO Seidman to detect the massive fraud.

My inauguration into providing trial presentation services began in 1999 with the 10-week Model Imperial v. KPMG case under the direction of Harley Tropin of Kozyak, Tropin & Throckmorton.During my tenure as Trial Technology Director I participated in landmark personal injury trials: Hinton v. Adams, Peterson v. Sta-Rite and Barrak v. Report. Each case tried by the Haggard Law Firm resulted in jury verdicts in excess of $100,000,00.
