Single handedly support all aspects of the Intel network environment on a daily basis including Hardware, Software, OS and end user support. Network environment consist of Windows 2003 servers running Blackberry Enterprise Server, Exchange 2003, GFI Fax, Backup Exec 12 and SQL Server 2000.

-Configured, installed, test, and maintained Windows 2000 and 2003 servers and server based applications on physical and virtual ESX/VMWare servers. .-Built and maintained Citrix Presentation Server farms; Test and Production. -Support Citrix server farm with over 300 citrix servers and over 50 published applications using ICA Connections, Program Neighborhood Agent and Nfuse.-Performed daily, weekly and monthly maintenance on over 500 production, development and test servers. -Monitored server operations and evaluate workloads; security, space utilization, server consolidation.-Server security patch deployment using Shavlik Network Security software and WSUS-Responsible for Imaging and prepared server builds for Development, Test and Production environments-Participated in Disaster Recovery testing of Production environment with Sungard Services.

-Troubleshoot and monitor Citrix Metaframe XP environment with over 1500 users and 20 published applications. -Monitored, supported and installed all network components and T1 connectivity for remote branch locations in 26 states throughout the U.S. -Demonstrated versatility from multiple simultaneous project management, to physical equipment and systems installation and problem solving.-Projected the cost and efficiency of power management in a server/database center consisting of 30-Plus servers. -Manage end user’s accounts and mailboxes using Active Directory Services. -Installed Cisco Router, Firewalls, and switches with minimal software changes. -Instrumental in reducing average support ticket completion time to below 2 hours. (Reduced from 24 hrs to 2 hrs in 6 months; Special Recognition.) -Designed all support documentation and performed the implementation of over 400 Compaq, HP, and Dell handheld Pocket PC’s to run a proprietary window ordering program.
