Current• Managing the Planning though Execution phase for Field and Corporate Marketing internal as well as external Events• Produced metrics to capture trends such as how many events were completed a month and how long it takes to completed the event• Generated Forms that allowed end users to fill out to request Event needs in addition to surveys on how to improve the process• Created Asset Inventory for All IT equipment used for internal and external Events• Communicated with Venders on expectations on equipment arrival and departures times• Oversaw all contracts that dealt with AV/ IT needs in additional to F&B• Demonstrated with Venders/Users on best practices about how to operate current meetings/ webinars furthermore the pros and cons for each use case• Experience knowledge on how much staff would be needed per event bases on size of booth for coverage• Directed production crew on how to execute story board with verbal cues during and post production in our user conference in Vegas for the entre sales Organization• Responded to complaints/issues that arise and remediate the current situation so that both parties has a clear understanding on what can be done• Presented to executive staff on cost saving budget comparison on in house production vs hiring a 3rd party production company • Solved issues that arise on the Event floor such as and not limited to Computer issues related to software and hardware and AV/Events needs • Oversees majority of Virtual events for internal and external at RingCentral• Created Work Flows and Diagrams for social distancing for onsite events • Collaborated with outside department teams to ensure that the meeting space was adequate to host a meeting on siteTypes of Events below range from small to large Events- Customer Advisory Board (CAB)- Customer Chocolate Tasting- Fire Side Chat- Global Sales Kick off( GKO)- Customer Retail Events
