• Oversee job requests from start to finish; maintain project schedules and ensured deadlines are met• Liaise between internal/external clients and graphic designers to create, print, and distribute marketing materials including advertisements, brochures, posters, invitations, holograms, and interactive maps• Delegate work requests amongst team of graphic designers based on workload and individual strengths• Create and maintain weekly design team status reports • Proofread all internal and external marketing materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with company branding guidelines and obtain Corporate and Legal approvals as required• Assist in the development of the new external-facing KBR website and remain point of contact for bug fixes and content revisions• Ensure all marketing materials are updated for each conference / event• Research and present ideas for new advertisements, booth graphics, reception themes, etc.• Compile and distribute meeting notes for industry conferences• Create ad plans for upcoming years detailing the publication, issue focus, key distribution areas, and rates• Act as member of the paper committee; Responsible for reviewing and approving technical papers / presentations for industry conferences • Assist in the planning of small and large events from start to finish with between 50 – 500 attendees.• Obtain proper International Trade Compliance approvals for shipping collateral internationally• Manage booking and execution of all client company meetings during tradeshows • Create and manage reception websites using the Marketing Department’s event management system; Extend reception invitations to clients and maintain list of acceptances / declines• Maintain client contact lists for all business units• Acted as brand ambassador; Ensure usage of company logo(s) followed corporate branding guidelines and that all KBR materials uphold the integrity of the company• Schedule travel arrangements and maintain itineraries
