My role as Client Experience Manager is to enable CX innovation and transformation: designing, refining and executing CX strategies that link key business functions together to optimise the client journey. Igniting the customer-centric mindset in our business is what I’m passionate about: enabling that intrinsic drive to deliver the best – both for and with our clients - at the heart of everything we think and do.This involves actively seeking customer feedback and communicating their authentic stories; capturing the experience from the outside in and bringing that awareness into the business. The magic however, comes from turning these insights into actionable changes: creating a difference our clients can feel, and discovering how we can operate in partnership with them to deliver superior outcomes together.
