Collaborations with local producers in Colombia and Southeast Asia positioned us as a vital operator in the market, facilitating the trade, processing, and export of products worldwide.A significant achievement was the strategic 51% acquisition of Colombia Dreams Marihuana. This venture enhanced our operational reach and fortified our stance in the Americas' cannabis market. Moreover, I steered successful negotiations with prominent family offices in Cambodia and Thailand, widening Vinzan's global reach.Fundraising was an instrumental facet of my tenure. I led a successful Series A round, generating $8 million from over 130 investors. As a luminary in the print industry, I established Printer Gateway, a premier company in Canada's print and graphic arts sector. Originating from the front seat of a car, the audacious venture developed a network exceeding 7,000 resellers, featuring esteemed brands such as FedEx Office, Staples, and The UPS Store to name a few. Within a decade, we commanded 10% of the wholesale print market, offering an astounding catalogue of 579,000+ web-to-print products in a fully automated environment.To enrich customer experience, we initiated an exclusive Air Miles partnership. “Most of our 7,000 resellers are active Air Miles collectors," I said as CEO. We allowed approved resellers to earn reward miles, thus creating an avenue for clients to dream of their next vacation.Innovation remained at the forefront, leading to a pivotal alliance with Konica Minolta. This collaboration secured a $1M+ investment from them to create the trailblazing Live Digital Print Media Center in Toronto. Supremex acknowledged our strong growth and revenue stream and our innovation powered by our proprietary technology that enhanced small order efficiency, thereby improving machinery utilization and turnaround time. During my tenure as Founder and President of CPP, Inc., I harnessed the transformative potential of technology, orchestrating advancements that substantially elevated our operational efficiency and profitability. Spearheading pivotal tech innovations, I led the establishment of a robust .NET-based MIS system and a groundbreaking multimillion-dollar predictive dialing platform. These technological leaps played a key role in strengthening real-time connectivity across our branches and significantly bolstering our sales force.A defining moment of my leadership was the successful collaboration with the CEO and senior management team of HP/Compaq. Together, we honed the conversion process for their expansive network of 1,500 sales agents.
