Brian is a civil litigator with a focus on estate litigation, immigration litigation and debtor/creditor remedies. His primary interests include assisting individuals and family members with wills variations claims, removing and replacing executors, and making applications for probate or letters of administration. Outside of work, Brian is a competitive bodybuilder, he loves to eat, read, and travel, and Brian has a Boston Terrier puppy named Mocha. Brian is also an advocate for LGBTQ and HIV/AIDS issues, and active on several national executive committees in these areas. Brian is a 4th generation Canadian whose parents came from Macau and Hong Kong. He was born and raised in Vancouver.
