Incite was a graphic design and web development group whose main focus was to serve the business-to-business communications of national clients in the appraisal industry. Clients included: a la mode software, Apex Software, Leica Geosystems and Pacific Laser Systems. The company was acquired by a la mode in 2004.

Worked with senior team to define and support company goals. Directed the creative department in the creation and execution of all company communications including: site content, visual elements for application interface, display advertising, tradeshow exhibit design and collateral. It was an exciting time to be with a la mode as they launched Athena, a new version of their flagship application, WinTotal. I also got to work with the senior team on eDomina, an impressive business-to-business portal site that connected customers with brokers and appraisers that facilitated all communication and transactions. It was the first of its kind in the industry.

Responsibilities included the design and production of print collateral for locations statewide, managing promotional tactics for the bank's western Oklahoma locations and new location special events. The position grew with a new marketing director to include working with agency partners in the launch of statewide campaigns and two new departments – MidFirst Private Banking and MidFirst Trust services.The highlight of my time with MidFirst was absolutely the 1996 rollout of the "More than you'd expect" campaign. In 1996, intrastate banking restrictions were lifted and the market saw a dizzying array of financial institution name changes and buyouts. Customers of local community banks now found themselves in a kind of Orwellian transition to faceless national institutions. By correctly identifying core positioning and creating a comprehensive plan at all levels of the organization, the bank was able to gain unprecedented market share as competitors' customers were eager to switch.
