Succession PlanI have instituted my succession plan at Haldeman Lexus. On January 2nd, I announced that David Dougherty, a 25 year highly respected associate was to be the General Manager of Haldeman Lexus. He is now responsible for all day to day and long-term planning for the dealership. My main goal is to make the transition seamless for you our Guest and all our Associates, I will be involved in the transition for three years. Stop by and say hello.
