In this role, I am the global lead for all member firm-funded delivery programs, accountable for regional delivery teams ensuring on-time execution, within budget, and providing exceptional client service. Currently leading efforts within our EY Global Business Transformation office to provide connecting strategy, transformation, and technology within the Country Autonomy initiatives and governance.Previously was the Professional Services Lead for EY CT, implementing strategies and process to facilitate vendor fulfillment for all CT product development and projects.During my time at EY, I have also executed solutions developed and implemented by client service delivery team, as well as facilitated client, staff, and stakeholder meetings. I lead my team in developing client deliverables, including writing and editing reports as well as presentations. My duties also include analyzing all research findings, qualitative and quantitative, to identify key market implications as well as strategic challenges.
