Was trained on the both the hardware and software of an SRV-5 tribological instrument, performed multiple DIN/ASTM Standard testings, and analyzed both the coefficient of friction (COF) values and the wear depth and scar area on both ball and disk samples for a series of 16 consecutive test runs. Trained in troubleshooting both hardware and software issues and how to change out different customizable attachments needed for different test methods. Wrote a code that analyzes batches of data collected instantly and plot different data visualizations from stacked lines to histogram chart to determine any outliers and calculate the mean, the deviation, and repeatability values according to the standard. Used a optical laser microscope to analyze the wear scars and a profilometer to measure depth for wear volume determination.
