I am an independent Information Management consultant providing business analysis and process management with an emphasis on the document management sector. I have more than 25 years industry relevant experience and I am an AiiM Professional Member and AiiM qualified as BPM Master, EMM Practitioner and Capture Practitioner.By bringing strategic Business Process Management (BPM) improvement capability to the requirements study and project recommendations, any Information, Document or Records management project will be better defined with targeted and measurable returns.
