Built an onboarding process to assist and allow new employees to be successful team members from day one with a definitive plan. Wrote, submitted, and won in May 2023 one of the largest VA Higher Education contracts allowing the company to stand-alone and represent all vendors on the line card for Virginia higher-ed and beyond. Created an exclusive rebate program within the contract to add even more value to consortium members and outside agencies. Grew the Maryland State Hardware 2012 and MEEC Contract vendor line card by over 50% in less than 18 months. Built a program that allowed IPDS to be the first partner in the US to achieve Elite partner Status with Pure Storage in 2022. Multiple marketing events created and driven that built well, in excess of $20M in organic pipeline growth.
