Responsible for selling mortgages (Conventional and VA) to the Secondary Market.Oversee daily interest rates, pricing and production commitments.Manage Fannie Mae loan deliveries, date edits and receipt of funds.

Represented the department in an organization-wide testing and implementation of Dodd-Frank regulations on Cleared Derivatives to ensure operational readiness and compliance.Conducted the testing and implementation of a front-end trade capture system, Summit (Misys), to enhance operations and infrastructure.Maintain relationships with brokers/dealers and counterparties to complete confirmation processes on derivative and investment trades and identify, research, and resolve trade discrepancies.Reconcile and process interest rate swap payments and related wire transfers with a peak daily volume of 65 transactions.Verify and ensure proper settlement of collateral and security investments and support Treasury, Accounting and Market Risk Groups in researching data in trade capture systems.Monitor market values of the swaps, process margin calls and make recommendations to Chief Financial Officer regarding discretionary margin calls.Perform annual process review to identify areas of improvement and participate in disaster recovery and business continuity efforts in order to ensure effective operations and minimize disruption in a contingency event.
