About Brian Boardman
I am the beneficiary of years of exceptional mentorship by a series of incredibly talented teachers, coaches, bosses and colleagues. That invaluable guidance coupled with a wide variety of experiences working in a highly regulated industry, handling numerous legal challenges of varying profile and complexity, underpins the counsel I provide today. I continuously develop, grow, and learn more.I was a rower in college, which cemented my understanding and appreciation of the power of teams. The very best work is achieved in an egoless, but perpetually challenging, environment. I also believe in making the complex simple, thinking rigorously to find and clearly communicate the bottom line and seek sensible solutions. Put those together and I am constructively honest, the trusted advisor who tells you what you need to hear in a way that allows you to hear it. I have spent my career, starting right after college as a 5th grade teacher in Teach For America, supporting mission-driven work aimed at making the world a better place. I can see now that this has become central to how I practice law and my intrinsic motivation to be my best every single day. I look forward to seeing what I can help accomplish in the future.
