Printer Field Service Engineer
CurrentPrinter troubleshooting, from desktop to room-size, are my specialty. Plenty of experience with computers, networking, and the like, as well. Proficient with Office products, and highly adaptable to new systems. Work great with a team in a central location, or on my own, at customer sites region-wide. Customer service is always top-notch, and I'm not satisfied unless I leave them with a smile.
