P&L Responsibility for 3 Divisions (IT, F&A, OnStaff) covering Central and North Florida region.

Full P&L responsibility for all operations conducted in Wisconsin. This includes sales, recruiting, back-office and project delivery.

Responsibility for national integration of multiple business lines throughout all individual branches and districts. Efforts included the development of sales and recruiting methodologies, training of all branch/district staff, and effective cross-selling to optimize top and bottom-line growth, while adding the greatest possible value to customers through service delivery.Built and grew national technology practices. Built a national delivery center of excellence that provided customized outsourced solutions.

P&L responsibility for all operations the southeast, including Sales, Recruiting, Project Delivery and Back-Office Operations. Introduced Projects/Solutions delivery into Staff Augmentation business unit, increasing revenue and profitability. Expanded sales, recruiting and delivery teams. Developed and rolled out formal training programs for sales and recruiting personnel. Opened 14 green-field branches throughout southeast. Member of M&A team that acquired 27 companies.
