The Quality Control Team I led was responsible for the creation of a QC Process used by content creators and partner agencies to reduce the Company’s risk of D.O.T. fines and ensure communication consistency. Over the first year, our team improved the QC process, trained our partner agencies, and enforced new Brand Guidelines with the collaboration of Legal, Advocacy, and Brand Identity teams, with metrics reported to Senior Leadership monthly.
