As Associate Director, I have the pleasure and the responsibility to oversee the operations across all of our training venues, including the wrestling, boxing and judo gyms, fencing cell, basketball and volleyball courts, multi-use gyms, our aquatics centers: featuring an indoor & outdoor pool, and recovery pools, and the Velodrome. Throughout all of these facilities and across the entire Colorado Springs Olympic and Paralympic Training Center (CSOPTC), we aim to serve and support Olympic and Paralympic athletes by providing premier training facilities that meet their needs, enhances their efforts and helps to support their training goals and ultimately their Olympic and Paralympic dreams!

I have the privilege of leading a small dedicated team of professionals through day-to-day operations at our elite training facilities. Tasked with providing priority, managing resources, building partnerships, maintaining budgets and supporting internal departments with the goal of providing world class training and exceptional customer service to the many athletes that visit our training center. With a focus on strategic development, event logistics, efficiency, and productivity we lead groups through daily training, regional and national competitions, community programs, outreach events and are willing to meet any need to ensure a successful event.

With 7 residential training programs, countless special events, training programs and competitions, the venue operations department plays a key role in providing seamless quality performance to our athletes, guests, spectators, partners and fans. Responsible for the safety, security, production, quality programing and upkeep of 12 training facilities, many meeting rooms and a Velodrome. All with a high level of focus on customer service and user satisfaction.

As a Youth Treatment Counselor, we are trained and tasked with the responsibility to guide, educate, and develop the youth residents in our care. Through school programs, therapeutic living and crisis intervention we try to give our residents the coping skills needed to be proud, productive citizens.

Under the guidance of the Pikes Peak United Way, this collaboration of passionate professionals from around Colorado Springs, is working to address shortfalls in the areas of economic development, career opportunities and education/skills development. By bring like minded professionals together for a better tomorrow by helping others in our area this group works together to identify shortfalls, address concerns and develop programs to improve our local area and its offerings. VITA- Volunteer Income Tax Assistance. Tax Time, for hundreds of our friends and neighbors is a stressful, intimidating time of year. Through a partnership with our local IRS office, you local United Way works hard to recruit, train and support Volunteers to help these folks out and offer free tax preparation for those that qualify. I have the privilege of organizing this years VITA program for our community. As a member of the board of directors, myself and other elected stakeholders, oversee the management of the organizations policy, performance and operations. We focus on the growth and future outlook of the organization, while supporting fundraising needs.Catamount Institute is a non-profit organization based in Colorado Springs, CO, whose mission is to develop ecological stewards through education and adventure. From School Rooms to Board Rooms, we create a vibrant community, where each of us takes responsibility for our actions and business leaders engage in practices that respect our natural resources, give back to the community, and positively affect the bottom line. Our children experience the wonders of the outdoors firsthand, while developing life skills that will serve society, as well as themselves.

Through conservation projects, environmental efforts, fire mitigation and forest thinning, MHYC teaches young adults valuable life lessons and job readiness skills. I had the pleasure of leading a crew through their summer and fall sessions. My role was to manage our crew, company resources and the expectations of project sponsors to the successful completion of each individual project. With a focus on a safe work and camping environment, we aim to teach these young adults the skills needed to be successful at work while teaching environmental awareness and an introduction to forestry management. Whether they pursue a career in this field or move on to other endeavors we prepare them with the skills and understanding to be successful.

Responsible for day to day management and supervision of the Competitions Department. Including its staff, resources, and general operations. Further responsible for smooth and successful completion of over 40 different races, freestyle competitions and special events. Safety, weather dependency, working with internal and external partners and a high level of competition created a unique and challenging opportunity to lead. This was a demanding an rewarding position.

Our department handles all aspects of Alpine Ski Racing, Snowboard and Skier Competitions, including safety precautions, set up, managament and production of world class events. Responsible for supporting our guests, athletes and friends while providing organizational oversight and resource management.

As Supervisor for HAP Alaska Yukon were are responsible for daily management of ETO operations, tour management, logistics coordination, guest service, administrative paperwork and providing guidance to Tour Directors. In total 120 tour directors will report to their area supervisor for guidance on emergency issues, tour manangement company policy and procedures. We work closely with our local divisions to ensure guest safety, satisfaction and enjoyment, while they tour the great state of Alaska.
