Manage the direction of the three-year co-curricular Tisch Scholars program elements, including curriculum design, partner management, and the identification of community-based projects. Teach Tisch Scholar courses centered on transformational leadership, identity, and agency.Devise policies incorporating disruptive pedagogies to improve curricular components and program culture to be culturally relevant and responsive. Lead conflict resolution that follows policies to ensure the smooth running of the program and caretaking of relationships and the student experience. Mentor 60 Scholars to succeed academically and deliver transformative civic engagement projects at their community partner sites.Collaboratively work with the Director to annually select Scholars that meet the program's needs.

Coordinated admissions by working with University partners and faculty.Identified community partners to develop projects that advance the educational outcomes of Scholars; work with partners to develop proposals that amplify existing assets and act on growth opportunities. Stewarded and cultivated relationships with over 50 program partners across industries that meet program goals and outcomes, such as the non-profit sector, state agencies, and the public sector. Collaborated with the evaluation and communications teams to prepare program analyses for the board of advisors, including narratives and quantitative evaluations, to continuously improve programming.

Managed the $30,000 Tisch Fund for Civic Engagement, annually supporting 15+ student-led initiatives. Directed the Leadership for Social Change (LSC) Pre-College program; managed admissions on Slate; designed curriculum and worked with University faculty to lead sessions; worked with high school administrators, counselors, and principals to identify and select students to admit.Trained 10-12 college students to be peer leaders for the 40+ high school students participating in LSC.

Supervised a team of garden council members and youth internsDeveloped a community outreach plan with the goal of recruiting and engaging Pacoima and San Fernando residents to participate in local politics and organizations. Empowered garden families to generate income by selling produce to local Latinx-owned businesses.

The BLUES Project, Student Affairs Developed curriculum and oversaw academic progress of 30 undergraduate and graduate peer educators, majority of whom self-identified as first generation students, through training and teaching materials.
