Program Manager for the piloting (4 doors, 1 retailer), nationwide launch (10k doors across CE, office supply and mass retailers) and subsequent retail execution of HP Instant Ink. Acted as the leadership "face" of HP Instant Ink at retail; building and leading a sales team of 101 across the US. Developed and achieved breakthroughs in retail sales training methodologies, GTM strategies and tools now being used across the entirety of HP's multi-billion dollar Consumer Market Sales organization.

Created and significantly grew distribution network throughout Europe, Asia and Oceana. Took Canada from expensive distribution model to direct-to-retailer. Established South American license program to work around hostile import and tax environment for apparel and leverage Mercosur (South American Free Trade Agreement).Significant overall increase of international sales from less than 25% of company revenue to greater than 33% with gross margins improving by 10ppt. Improved sales in Asia/Pacific/Japan region by 32%.Launched European logistics program resulting in 30 days faster delivery to retail, 5% freight cost savings, 12% duty/tax savings and eliminated EU customs and quota issues.

Top 5% performer. Responsibilities included sales development and management of a territory exceeding $225m annually across 145 doors in 9 retail accounts.
