I bring over 20 years of experience in digital advertising, marketing technology and enterprise software. I started my career working at top advertising agencies including Carat, Initiative and Saatchi & Saatchi. There, my experience spanned verticals, managing clients and negotiating traditional and online media for Toyota, Mercedes Benz, Carl’s Jr, Jack In The Box, Nestle and TiVo. Currently, I work at Salesforce helping marketers acquire new customers and increase LTV by leveraging Salesforce's Marketing Cloud Personalization solution (fka Interaction Studio) which delivers personalized omnichannel experiences at the 1:1 level using 1st party data. Throughout my career my thought leadership and expertise was consistently recognized. In 1999, I purchased one of the industry’s first online video pre-roll ads. Upon leaving a successful career on the agency side, I joined Yahoo! where I played key roles as SME for Yahoo! News as well as Yahoo!’s nascent mobile business. There my mobile experience made me one of a small number of mobile experts across the industry. After my success in mobile, I moved to YuMe where I focused on multiscreen video with an emphasis on the emerging Connected TV platform. Once again, I was at the forefront of an emerging space that today is a cornerstone of a marketer’s ability to reach consumers that no longer watch linear TV.Prior to Salesforce, I was at LivePerson and once more found myself on the cusp of another emerging technology, B2C live chat. While at LivePerson, I helped automotive marketers create deeper connections with their prospects and customers across channels such as chat, SMS, Facebook Messenger and Apple’s Business Chat by leveraging the latest in AI technology and chatbots.
