As a Project Coordinator I oversee numerous departments in 2 major "roll out" programs including Tim Horton's Canada and McDonald's Canada (coming soon). I currently oversee and control scheduling and routing for pre-con survey's for over 1,200+ Tim Horton's locations across Canada. Simultaneously I also oversee the Installations going on in over 1,200+ Tim Horton's locations. I'm also responsible for arranging lodge, rental cars and flights for my on site surveyors and Field Managers. I develop, maintain and oversee the day by day installations of these Tim Horton's including constant communication with my Field Managers, sub trades, shipping and warehousing company. I also act as a liaison between the Davaco's Project Manager's and our clients executives. This means I problem solve and develop solutions whenever they arise and work on building better business structure within the programs. I also played a hand in routing and scheduling all of the 1,200+ locations in this program, developing markets within regions, quality control, developing PO's and SOV's and resolving deficiencies on an individual store-by-store basis. I'm also periodically called upon to quote construction costs for Tim Horton's Drive Thru renovations for locations all across Canada. Being very detail oriented, organized, adaptable and a good problem solver are a daily task.

My duties includes scheduling and estimating of case-by-case construction costs, reading siteplans, customer service for individual franchisee's and dealing directly with regional project managers, field managers and contractors. This job required great mathematical skills, more specifically Geometry, Algebra and Trigonometry for estimating construction costs.
