Also manage a team responsible for staffing the GBG Administration and Segment support groups (Retail and Wholesale Operations, GBG Distribution, Card Products and College recruiting). 15 direct reports (10 Recruiters, 1 Sourcing Consultant, 4 Coordinators) throughout 7 states Selected by Recruiting leadership to lead a Tatham process improvement project team in Q4 2007. This consisted of a team of sr. recruiting staff that was pulled out of their normal roles for 3 months to focus on improvements in the recruiting process using the Tatham methodology. All recommendations were adopted into the new recruiting process at Wachovia.

Significant involvement with senior leadership in developing staffing plans and recruiting strategies for Denovo market.  Planned and executed on strategy to backfill attrition and the hiring of new staff for a region of 200+ Financial Centers with a growth rate of 60 new Centers per year 11 direct reports (5 Recruiters, 2 Sourcing Consultants, 4 Coordinators) in 3 offices (Dallas, Houston and Austin)  Team averaged 125 hires per monthCarolina’s Retail Bank, Charlotte NCManaged high volume Retail Bank recruiting team for North and South Carolina. Project Manager within group(s) responsible for managing the selection and implementation of new technologies for enterprise wide projects as well as supporting current recruiting technology. Selected projects: Lead Project Manager on Recruiting Management System selection project. Responsible for coordination of cross functional SME’s that researched best practices, built functional requirements, developed business case, distributed and evaluated RFI/ RFP’s, selected preferred technology and mediated contract negotiation with selected vender (Kenexa, Inc.). Lead Project Manager on Choicepoint Online implementation, allowing Recruiting Solutions employees secure online access to pre employment results  Wachovia.com/careers strategy manager, responsible for implementation of changes and enhancements to wachovia.com/careers pre and post Kenexa deployment Co-led Online Requisition project that allows managers to build and manage FTE requisitions online through Corp. Intranet, which included LOB specific approval routings Core team member on First Union / Wachovia Recruiting Technology Merger Integration project. Team was tasked with evaluating and integrating all technical systems involved in the recruiting process between the two companies.
