CurrentI am an intellectual property attorney and business litigator that helps entrepreneurs and organizations of all sizes establish, protect and enforce their intellectual property in the United States and abroad. I help clients select, screen, register and maintain their trademarks.I help clients identify and register their copyright works.I enforce clients' trademark, copyright and patent rights through dispute resolution and, if necessary, litigation.I draft, negotiate and enforce non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, and a variety of intellectual property and technology agreements.I assist clients with domain name issues, including selection, acquisition and protection of domain names.I collaborate with with foreign counsel to protect clients’ intellectual property rights abroad.I have practiced with Sheehan Phinney since 2006, and I formerly served as the firm’s hiring partner.
