As the Enterprise Services Senior Manager, my responsibilities include managing 45 resources consisting of 2 Core development teams, BizTalk Middleware and the Enterprise Services (AWS) team for cloud based services. I also manage and oversee 4 project teams for UNFI's transformation project initiatives. The teams are made up of developers, BSAs, architects and scrum masters both on-shore and off-shore. As leadership shifts I've also taken on acting Director duties.AWS migration projects include: Upgrading Manhattans Warehouse Management to their cloud based version, migrating from Roadnet to OmniTracs for routing and currently integrating with SAP as a phased migration off of Lawson financial system.My role includes managing all resources, managing contracts and extensions, forecasting, providing project estimates based on team velocity, prioritizations for development teams for our Jira backlog stories and 2 week agile development Sprints as well as being part of all design and implementation decisions.

BizTalk grew exponentially to include all Tier 1 processing across UNFI's business systems. Solutions were designed and implemented to integrate with internal and external systems for EDI, Supply Chain Warehouse Management, Procurement, Transportation, Routing, Labor management and Lawson financial applications. Upgrades for BizTalk 2006R2, 2010, 2013 and 2016 versions supporting a redesigned scaled out architecture were also implemented.In 2020, as acquisitions were made, SaaS and Cloud based solutions became part of the roadmap. Legacy applications from business systems acquired were converted to cloud based solutions. MuleSoft was first implemented in GCP for a short period before moving to services developed in Java in GCP and ultimately AWS cloud environments.Took on managing a new Enterprise Services integration team consisting of contractors and employees. Team consisted of senior and lead developers and BSAs.My role evolved and was inclusive of managing all integration projects for both legacy applications and cloud based backend solutions, scope and design decisions with leadership and technical experts, managing in-house and contractor resources and all aspects of agile development and program execution involving integrations.

Worked with team to: Implement the foundation for BizTalk, design and code to integrate EDI for UNFI's Eastern and Western business systems as well as UNFI's first implementation and subsequent integrations of Manhattan's Warehouse Management System.
