Brian Echeverry is a Deployment Lead and Senior Security Engineer at Quadrant Information Security. He understands how to address and communicate technical problems, and fellow engineers really respect that. Since Brian had so much respect from his peers, he was a natural fit to become the “Director of Engineering” at Quadrant Information Security. This was one of the best decisions we made at Quadrant. Over the years, Brian has had to communicate directly with customers. He is very personable and communicates very well. For a leader to be technical and have the ability to communicate easily is rare. Brian can think “outside” of the box, which I’ve used many times. When I’ve had issues solving a problem or need an outside opinion on a technical matter, he is the first person I call. In stressful situations, Brian is an asset you want on your side. He remains calm and thinks through problems rather than panicking and making rash decisions. It has been a privilege to work with such a talented, fun, goal-oriented person. Brian has the ability to succeed at whatever he wants too."
