This organization plans and controls 500 Air Force mobility flights per day, globally.Additionally, I planned, programmed and executed a $34 million budget for the organization. During my time there, I implemented Business Intelligence/Business Process Management into the organization, which is now realizing a realizing 5yr $160M ROI.

United States Forces Korea

I analyzed the political-military environment and identified & resolved key policy issues. I liaised with the highest levels of South Korean military leadership on all policy matters and directed a combined US/Korean high-performing team during multiple national level exercises.

I was the Team leader of 22 hand-selected professionals supporting the Commander, US Strategic Command. I developed office personnel transition plan and added 9 billets while saving $450K in contract costs. I managed multiple projects simultaneously, supporting engagements with the President of the United States, Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs and Congressional leaders.

Leader of 30 personnel team that developed strategy, doctrine and requirements for all unclassified and classified networks and computer systems in the Department of Defense.

Altus Oklahoma

Commanded the largest C-17 Squadron in the Air Force, Responsible for the training of all C-17 crewmembers around the world including U.S. and multiple nations. I directed the operations of 130 elite flight crewmembers and trained 29% of Mobility Air Forces. During this time, I executed $282M flying program with $3.9B in assets; increased student production 35% and developed new fuel savings initiatives, saving $2.1M per year. Finally, I led the squadron twice to #1 of 9 Mobility squadrons in the command & the Oklahoma Military Unit of the Year.

Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma

Led a team developing and executing safety programs for 39 aircraft, 10,000 personnel and $5.9B worth of infrastructure. During that time, I reduced lost duty days 60% and costs 90%. The team won Flight & Ground Safety and Safety Professional of the year awards ahead of 10 similar wings and I was ranked #1 of 10 Chiefs of Safety in the command.
