I am well-versed in the installation of OS and application software for off-line RIP farms and digital pre-press workflow management using Voyager, MyPress, Impactor and X-800 Front-End software. I also install and maintain the computing, software and networking components associated with the Print production environment. I have a wide scope of knowledge that crosses several disciplines which helps eliminate the need for extra personnel to troubleshoot, diagnose, identify and solve many complex on-site repairs to ensure maximum up time at a minimal expense to the company I support.
