My role is to provide world class technical support for ShoreTel's unified communications platform. I specialize in the CLOUD division, which is ShoreTel's latest and fastest growing platform. I support and troubleshoot a network based phone system (VoIP), proprietary and third party hardware in addition to peripheral applications including reporting tools, contact center queue systems, smart phone applications and desktop communications software for both Windows and OSX. - Develop and maintain a strong relationship with our client base who depends on our expertise to resolve issues specific to the integration and continued use of ShoreTel's platform- Periodically update and create both internal and customer facing knowledge base articles that are used by the entire support staff as informational tools to better assist our users- I continually serve as the instructor for training sessions surrounding new products and processes in addition to assisting in training new hires that will eventually represent the face of ShoreTel support; an incredibly vital role- Developed educational materials that were critical in spreading information as how our organization would be able to support BETA products which are poised to be the future of what ShoreTel has to offer- Maintain relationships with a multitude of internal departments including Account Managers, Project Managers, Programmers, Data Engineers and Developers

During my time with 104 WDKX-FM I worked on the morning show at the time aptly titled "The Wake Up Club". As a Production Assistant, I developed segues used on air, personally voiced commercials, ran the soundboard, announced live metro traffic reports and co-hosted shows when needed.- I was responsible for managing the soundboard in a live on-air environment, which played a significant part in the perceived quality of the stations most listened to time slot- Provided the voice overs for several different commercials that were recorded in house and placed in regular rotation on the air- Interviewed special guests on the air including musicians, actors/actress, comedians in addition to members of Rochester's board of education and representatives from local government - Developed original content for "The Wake Up Club" ranging from humorous anecdotes to a campaign intended to increase awareness of the importance of voting amongst urban youth
