For Mens Wearhouse and Joseph A Bank I run development of a mobile application for viewing and purchasing new custom suits. I also serve as a lead technical advisor in the analysis of analysis of architecture and service integrations. Some of the technologies I've been using include of Angular, TypeScript, and NativeScript. Behind the scenes dabble ActionScript, AppleScript, and other cloud services to automate creation of high resolution clothing assets. I like solving product and organizational level challenges while driving a product. In depth analysis, R&D are great functions of my role I enjoy, and important parts of my career.

As a full stack lead and the UI team lead, I architected new solutions for the team, and support best practices being carried out in all UI team processes: Code Review, Pull Requests, Pair Programming, Architecture Proposals, Design Reviews, etc.My main product was an AI Chatbot, which was used by cellular providers for filing broken and missing phone claims. The platform included Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Azure, Luis, etc. The UI has extensive unit test coverage, and is built in Angular to work toward improving claim filing time and completion rates. Every claim our software files, saves more than $20 from the bottom line. As we continued to scale and take on new verticals, we began to provide a ton of value and ROI in this AI investment. A secondary product I lead used Canvas and third party graphing tools to allow people to build their own bots. Comparable to Amazon Lex and Microsoft Watson.

I was the lead front end engineer for the current live websites of Levis and Dockers. I worked mostly in JSP/JSTL templates views with Java variables, extend Java Controllers to extend the data model when needed, and I build out the UI and interactions specified by our amazing design team.I was also rebuilding our websites in a new release of Hybris. Some of the front end technologies I'm using are LESS, Bootstrap, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Mocha for unit testing, and more.Other duties I performed are data analysis and performance engineering. Everything from mining through thousands of page loads to look for patterns and anomalies, to setting up AB tests using Adobe Target, and carrying out A/B tests to try our new experiences.Some of the tools I used often are Signal, Ghostery, Adobe Target, Hybris CMS, Cybersource, & GA.

I drove product development on my projects and to ensure quality solutions on time, while mentoring more junior engineers with new technologies. Some of the various frameworks I used on the job were CoffeeScript, Angular, Mocha, Chai, Karma, and D3. I worked on browser based video content creation, editing, distribution and player components for software and hardware devices. In addition to customer facing projects, I also built an Angular component & style guide as a bootstrap for future projects.

At Walmart Labs I built Digital Coupons. Coupons could be clipped online and redeemed at store checkout with a mobile phone number. This project was meant to replace an expensive third party outsourcing to www.coupons.walmart.com account. I built a full stack web application that fetched coupon offers from external coupon vendors and could be searched and clipped on a Walmart micro-site.On the Front-End, I used Walmart flavor frameworks- Lumbar and Thorax - and love the Handlebars integration and module management compared to Backbone and Require. On the Back-End, I worked on a Node Express server to communicate with other services built by other teams at Labs. I aggregated the data before sending it to the UI, as well as migrated some Java services to the Node.js layer. I also use libraries to communicate directly with the database.

I used Backbone, Handlebars, Underscore, Jasmine, Require, and LESS to build out the Account portal. The portal is the gateway for managing all Autodesk products since the migration from boxed software to a subscription model. I with teams on the Angular desktop app and Backbone web client. My first contract here included redesigning and reimplement how Cloud Credits are used in the Autodesk Account portal. This change in implementation has a huge impact in the monetization of all products and cloud services. This can be seen across the account sections for managing subscriptions. We processed heavy amounts of user and contract data and build complex data models.My second project consisted of building the ability for system admins to manage updates for all Autodesk products. This involved working with the desktop application team and working with solutions architects to differentiate data needs between the desktop application manager and the portal. The update manager has the ability to manage updates by user and device, and force updates.I worked closely with business analysts to define and elaborate product and business needs. I collaborated with automation engineers to ensure good automated and unit test coverage. I built new features with an awesome team, iterating upon best practices for Agile development. Pretty serious about SCRUM: Test Driven Development, paired programming, and have 5 sprint ceremonies every 2 week sprint. I wrote, groomed, tried to hold design reviews, and task most of my teams' UI user stories.In my spare time here, I refactored and redesign the front-end architecture to make it more scalable as it continued to grow and have new pages and features added. I'm built out own internal Bootstrap-like components library to help optimize the workflow between different UI teams across the platform.

Designed and developed the front-end of a shopper retargeting company. Customized legacy JavaScript and YUI ad widget implementations. Created new reusable ad widget layouts using jQuery. Created graphics, style sheets and JS scripts that used JSON feeds, tracked user behavior, and passed back shopper behavior for server analysis. Engineered web portal configurations for account management using PHP / MYSQL. I built out a large code base of JS and CSS that acted as the client facing aspect of the retargeting architecture.

I consulted directly with mostly marketing companies to evaluate business goals and develop a web presence to meet objectives. We bought keywords and managed user and customer bases.Usually I designed, developed and published static and dynamic web sites to handle business functions for non-profit and small-business entities. I built visually aesthetic dynamic sites to carry out eCommerce, marketing campaigns, and data collection and management.Created web site content, graphics, video assets, layout, and configuration from the ground up. Worked both autonomously as well as in small teams.I performed video encoding to help projects meet evolving technical requirements. Created, edited, and published short video clips for marketing and promotional purposes. Tracked and analyzed user access to hosted videos to improve internal business processes.
