Following the deployment phase, ensure that the system and supporting technical team (if any) continue to meet or exceed the client’s expectations.7. Provide leadership of the Account team.8. Acting as a catalyst, engage the Partner Account Managers and other technical staff in periodic and routine conversation with appropriate client staff with the intent to keep the solution relevant and market leading.9. Serve as the escalation point for issues that may occur at designated accounts.
