Brian is a mediator at Brian Grant Mediation in Toronto. He has earned the Q. Med. designation from the ADR Institute of Canada. He mediates all types of property and casualty cases including personal injury claims, benefit disputes, coverage issues, professional negligence claims and public entity liability cases. Brian will travel anywhere in Ontario to conduct mediations. In his previous practice as a lawyer at Lerners LLP for over 25 years, Brian litigated all types of negligence and insurance cases for plaintiffs and defendants. He was lead counsel on jury and non-jury trials and appeared at all levels of court in the province. Brian is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Civil Litigation.Brian teaches often, including acting as a Team Leader and Instructor at the Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop each summer.
