• Coordinated creation of all sales collateral, including weekly A/O specials
• Re-organized sales territories into an optimal breakdown of individual rep strengths

• Initiated skate nights, retailer sales contests, and other grassroots marketing functions

• Responsible for seasonal shoe and apparel prebooks upwards of $250,000
• Redesigned the iconic DLXSF flagship store from the ground up
