CDK Global, Hoffman Estates, Illinois

• Senior PM overseeing a variety of projects managed by the Enterprise PMO office. Project teams varied in size and makeup.
• Oversaw integration of several business areas (Sourcing, IT, HR, Implementation) and processes following CDK acquisition of large, privately held competitor ($200M business).
• Managed and assisted with identification and correction of several process issues which were impacting another of CDK’s acquisitions ($24M business).

AT&T

• Managed large (approx $6M) complex project to reduce AT&T's fraud liability by accepting EMV chip cards in their retail locations to safeguard customer's personal information (PCI)
• Manage IT projects throughout the SDLC by directing the efforts of project teams to deliver a completed product and/or service.
• Maintain full accountability for large, low to high complexity projects, as well as projects within programs which may span multiple regions and/or releases.
• Manage project scope and budget while meeting quality, schedule and cost objectives using the organization's standard processes.

Amdocs/US Cellular - Woodale, Illinois

• PM in the TPMO group overseeing SIT/E2E/UAT testing of the Amdocs Enabler system pilot project at US Cellular.
• Responsible for SIT/E2E testing of the Enabler and third party vendor systems interfaces. Test teams located both onshore and offshore. Test plan consisting of several thousand test scenarios was completed on time.
• Managed CR process within the test organization, from identification of test impacts through delivery of tested CR’s to the program.
• Developed reports to track and communicate test program progress to leadership.

• Maintain Long Distance order, ticketing and provisioning systems for AT&T’s Southeast region
• Assisted in identifying and retiring several non-strategic applications in Southeast Long Distance (SELD)
• Lead effort to transfer development and support responsibilities for SELD applications from existing contractor to offshore team.
• Developed documentation and M&Ps to facilitate support duties and enhance training for new team members
• Mentored/trained new team members
• Coordinated production support between onshore and offshore development teams (Tier 2, Tier 3 support)
