Tasked with improving Work flow Performance for several online teams. Mainly in charge of Development and ongoing improvement of product data enrichment, image optimization and merchandising systems used to publish product to the Arnotts.ie website.I am the Lead in all third party concession interrelations ranging from stock/price feeds to full interrelations including off site shipping. • Primary point of contact for platform provider, Buy 4 Now• Communicate with internal teams on a weekly basis to insure KPI’s are met and project milestones are reached• Continuously increase the SKU count on the Arnotts.ie site and any additional sales channels. This has grown 100%, year on year for the last 5 years• Management of 4 merchandisers tasked with product upload/maintenance throughout the Arnotts site• Training and developing new members of the online team• Liaise with third party SEO providers and oversee site developments aimed at increasing natural search results for the Arnotts site• Project manage site development and third party integrations• Liaise with PPC providers in terms of recommendations for ensuring maximization of ROI on all campaigns• Produce process documentation on an ongoing basis• Relationship and workflow manager for full time freelance photographer who provides product and lifestyle imagery for use on the Arnotts site• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) on all site releases and investigate bugs/problems with the site as they arise
