Acted as global system analyst/administrator for SAP Fieldglass (SAP FG), a Vendor Management System (VMS) used by Human Resources (HR) for on-boarding, off-boarding and data maintenance of 30,000+ external workers. Collaborated with Lilly and SAP Fieldglass individuals, as well as key vendors, to analyze and discuss the Statement of Work (SOW) Worker revision functionality, create a strategy, and test and implement the solution to greatly reduce data issues. Teamed with the Business Process Owner and the SAP Fieldglass Support Team to discuss possible SOW module configuration changes, test recommended solutions (including new SOW module functionality in the SAP FG major releases) and implement several fixes. Led Lilly's SAP Fieldglass activities by successfully performing my role as the SAP Fieldglass subject matter expert and technical owner in the areas of configuration, functionality, report generation and SAP integrations. Partnered with colleague, as well as key users and suppliers, to gather business requirements and transform them into system solutions.

Led the delivery of external services for the Medicines Development Unit (MDU) to facilitate portfolio advancement of 83 Phase I to Post Launch compounds. Transformed functional strategies and work deliverables into 249 outsourced projects with a total budget of $107 million for the Global Patient Outcomes Real World Evidence (GPORWE), Global Patient Safety, and Global Regulatory Affairs organizations. Managed the timelines and resources for 16 GPORWE, GPS, and GRA TPO reviews involving technical, financial, compliance, and quality assessments.

Lilly Technology Center-North (Indianapolis, In)

Drove inventory targets at the finished goods and components level, as well as generated OSSCE (Operational Standards for Supply Chain) metrics for Clinical Trial Material and Manufacturing Services (CTMMS). CTMMS is an organization with a $125 million budget and the responsibility for ordering, manufacturing, packaging, shipping, and managing inventory of custom-designed, clinical trial materials for over 170,000 patients at more than 15,000 sites worldwide. Navigated the CTMMS organization through a critical chillroom situation by directing, with 100% accuracy, the supply management activities for 28 clinical trial packaging orders utilizing refrigerated material. Worked in partnership with CTMMS individuals to increase on-time delivery (OTD) rate from 82% to 95% during period of rapid growth from 2.8 million package units (PU) in 2010 to a high of almost 5.2 million PU in 2011 and 4.0 million PU (6.5 million planned) in 2013. Promoted from Associate to Senior Associate in March 2013.

Lilly Technology Center-North (Indianapolis, In)

Owned the supply management process for 700-900 study-specific, clinical trial orders while utilizing the input provided by the demand management side of the business to ensure on-time delivery of Investigational Products (IP). Leveraged deep packaging, labeling, and randomization expertise, as well as cross-functional relationships, to create and second-person verify 400-450 clinical trial packaging orders, each with 1 to 15 bills of material (BOM), per year. As an Order Analyst, directed the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process for 75-100 monthly requests and reduced the number of late orders by 80% by developing forecasts based on patient needs to create production, inventory and backlog plans. Promoted from Senior Specialist to Associate in May 2004. Transitioned from Associate to Order Analyst in October 2006.

Supported the Product Development (PD) organization (multiple groups including PPD) by managing a variety of infrastructure and compliance initiatives. Led the SAP/LEADS (LEarning And Development System) implementation for Product Development. Acted as the PD SAP/LEADS Power User, which included analyzing/resolving system issues and performing system administration duties. Demonstrated quality customer service by providing SAP/LEADS system training and sharing business process expertise with PD end users.
