Member of the development, sales, and leasing team representing Kansas City Life Insurance Company’s real estate investments in Tulsa and Oklahoma City. Provided market insight which led to the development of a 200 acre industrial park, a 40 acre industrial park, and a 20 acre business park with coordination of land planning, platting, infrastructure development, and building specific development coordination. The development of these parks led to construction of 11 buildings ranging in size from 60,000 to 112,000 sq. ft. with an aggregate development value of $37 million.Represented developers, owners and tenants in over $150 million of office, retail and industrial sales and leasing real estate transactions. Clients included Prologis, Caleast, RREEF, Industries for Tulsa, Level 3 Communications, and Helmerich & Payne. National Tenant Representative & Corporate Lease Administrator for Laufen Ceramic Tile, Inc. with branch offices and regional distribution centers across the U.S. Responsibilities ranged from selecting site locations and lease executions to tenant improvement build-out and on-time openings. Worked directly with the CFO on controlling occupancy costs by performing lease audits of operating expenses and ensuring compliance on key dates and operating expenses.
