After a year I moved up to a more senior position in the team. Whilst continuing my role to onboard new clients, I was also involved in training and mentoring more junior members of the team.This also meant that I could work with the more high profile clients in the team, and work on more intricate and challenging strategies.I continued to develop my technical knowledge also by working more with our development team and taking a big interest in google analytics and various reporting tools, to show ROI to clients.

My main role here was to manage the onboarding process of new clients.This involved overseeing and project managing the technical integration of services, along with strategy set up throughout the first six months of a client's contract with Axonn Media.Once clients were set up fully and showing positive results, a handover to a long term account manager was completed.
