I help Villa Maria College fullfil its mission and achieve its strategic initiatives by supporting the enrollment, marketing, athletic, special projects, and operations ares of the College.

Buffalo/Niagara, New York Area

I oversee all enrollment and opperations of the College, including: Admissions, Marketing and Communication, Financial aid, Athletics, Maintenance and Housekeeping, IT, Security, and Compliance (Coorporate Compliance Officer). I served as Secretary of the Board of Trustees for 16 mos.

Buffalo/Niagara, New York Area

I oversee the Enrollment Management and Student Life functions of the College. This includes: Admissions, Financial Aid, Communications and Marketing, Athletics, Student Life, and Career Services. I also oversee civil rights and compliance efforts. I have also managed IT, Maintenance, Security, Parking, and Facilities for the College. We have seen a nearly 30% growth in enrollment from 2015-2017. This has been accomplished through the implementation of our Visionary Plan (2015) that affirmed our commitment to being the premier student-centered college in Western, NY. Our enrollment growth has been aided by the introduction of new academic programs in Psychology, Communication, Film, and OTA (2015-2016). As well as investing in student success through the creation of the Achieve program and the Student Success Center (2015). In addition, growth has occurred through extra-curricular programs, most notably the re-introduction of intercollegiate athletics (2015) and cheerleading (2016).

I served as the Senior Student Affairs officer overseeing the following areas: -The Academic Support Center for Students with Learning Differences-Athletics-Band-Campus Activities-Campus Ministry-Career Services-Cheerleading-Counseling Center-Residence Life-Student Conduct-Threat AssessmentIn addition, I regularly interacted with Academic Affairs, Undergraduate Admissions, the Student Success Center (Retention), The Learning Center, Legal Counsel, Student Employment, and Auxiliary Services.

Served as the acting Director of Athletics during a transition period in the department.

Provide leadership to all aspects of Student Affairs/Student Life on campus, including: Residence Life, Counseling Center, Career Services, Dwyer Learning Center, Campus Ministry, Campus Activities, Academic Support Center, Work Study, Judicial Affairs.

Oversaw all aspects of spiritual life and community service on campus.

Provided leadership to a Residence Hall.
