Currently, he is a Senior at NYU, majoring in Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism Management with a focus on Marketing and Analytics. His commitment to growth led him to a kitchen externship at The Modern, a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant, where he returned post-graduation to continue his culinary career.Brian also completed his military service as a KATUSA (Korean Augmentation to the United States Army) at Camp Humphreys in South Korea, where he supported training and administration. This experience helped him develop valuable skills in leadership, teamwork, and adaptability.Now pursuing a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at NYU, Brian is expanding his expertise from the culinary world to the broader hospitality industry. With a deep passion for food and a growing interest in branding, he is focused on building a career that fuses both. His ultimate goal is to create a branding company that elevates businesses in the hospitality and food sector.
