After studying, training, and gaining a foundation of understanding of the new machine, I trained 11 employees on the production of the machinery. I am passionate about programming and setting up complex 5-axis machines. I find the multi-axis world challenging, yet fun. I often can't wait to get to work on Monday because of a project I get to work on, it truly is a blast!My proudest career moment is successfully transforming my company from a 2 and 3-axis machine shop, into a highly competitive multi-axis shop. Through my attention to detail and intricate planning, the implementation of our multi-axis equipment was nearly flawless.
