Based in Sri Lanka from 3/2011 to 10/2012 (Dallas-based 10/2012 to pres), as VP of Operations then transitioning to VP Strategic Development. • Integrated four acquisitions for Medigain. Met all EBITDA goals, with no loss of revenue with the acquisition. • Revamped New Client Onboarding for company. Achieved 100% (15/15) success rate with the new program.• Project managed the opening of company’s second operations center in Chennai, India. Project was finished on schedule and under budget.• Worked with clients and management to develop Client Best Practices.• Turned-around sister company, Medsource improving margins by more than 25 percentage points

Achieved operational synergies and EBITDA targets with both integrations. • Was given additional responsibility in July 2009 for Transcend’s off-shore vendor program. Grew offshore program by over 2.0 million lines per month (33.1 percent) in 8 months. Consolidated vendor mix to improve quality levels and coordination costs.• In December 2009, was given responsibility for voice-recognition and editing proficiency program. Raised editing lines per hour from 280 to 310 for domestic employees.

General Manager for 50-employee medical transcription company. • Converted affiliate’s informal family-operated business environment to a process-based environment commensurate with size and future growth prospects, resulting in improved management efficiency.• Spearheaded conversion of transcription software platform from legacy system to new company- wide platform. The new platform allowed for pooling of resources across regional offices resulting in much improved system reliability and customer satisfaction. . • Modified payroll structure, identified and outsourced business to sub-contracting transcription firm, and lowered telecommunications bill to achieve $225,000 in annual savings.

Founded, built and lead data-mining company, Abiskar International, LLC. Business model was to leverage overseas labor for automating and enhancing our client’s data analysis capabilities.• Conducted all sales operations for Abiskar, successfully converting clients in the financial and retail sectors into repeat customers.• Developed business plan, conducted market research, researched possible locations for analysis office, set up Bangladesh office. • Trained staff of 15 analysts on analysis techniques and specific requirements of our US customers.• Developed products and services for financial institutions, including credit risk models for Capital One’s installment loan division.
