I am a 30 year professional that has built a career with a unique background in both Human Resources as well as Operations. I worked for 17 years with a 50 billion dollar corporation, working in various positions and locations throughout the United States. Most recently I have been working at a family owned construction and building materials business. I have had a great deal of experience in leadership training of all types, including performance management, conflict resolution, coaching and mentoring and building high performance teams. In my operational roles I have had extensive experience in P&L management along with payroll and expense forecasting. I’ve also had experience in bringing in new businesses as revenue drivers for our overall retail and hardware businesses. I have a great deal of experience managing multiple locations, and building a culture of teamwork and collaboration. I feel I have obtained great experiences that have taught me how to be well rounded as a business and HR professional.I know I can bring experience as well as a passion for customers and employees, in driving a culture of success.
