System redesign resulted in an increased landfill diversion rate from 6% to over 20%, reduced volume of material going to a Type I MSW Landfill, and a customer complaint rate of less than .09% of total services provided. Audited City compliance with existing environmental regulations. Reviewed work practices of municipal departments, compared for compliance with federal, state and local environmental regulations, reported program deficiencies and worked with those programs to bring into compliance. Work resulted in reduction of potential liability for non-compliance by over $5 million dollars in a four-year period.Managed establishment and operations of City consolidated call center, customer service center and customer relationship management system to provide first point of customer contact and work order management for the Environmental Management, Code Compliance, Transportation and Public Works Departments, Animal Care and Control, and the City Hall Switchboard.
