I am a motivated leader with an extensive background in team leadership and a passion for mentorship and process improvements. I believe in a transformational leadership style that not only focuses on team enhancement but also personal development. Coming out of the fast-paced and multi-faceted military industries of logistics and intelligence, I had to build stamina for dealing with rapid daily changes while managing many moving parts. I’ve had countless successful opportunities to manage large budgets while leading multiple teams of people in coordination with several DoD agencies and civilian companies to surpass even their own expectations.
