Including Fiber builds, DWDM equipment adds and Ethernet switch adds -Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop project schedules and identify issues-Provide technical and leadership guidance -Track and present project progress weekly-Develop best practices, process and procedures related to Customer build projects

Project Manage Network Installs and Customer Builds for the Utah Operational Market. Work closely with Field install technicians, Outside Plant engineers and Field and Transport Engineering to ensure projects are completed on time and successfully. Manage network migration projects including cost savings projects, capacity planning projects and network upgrades.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

-Repair and maintenance of switching and transport network including 5ess, Santera, DMS tdm switches,Cisco fiber muxes, DS3 muxes, G6 Platform and other central office hardware/software. -Customer trouble ticket repair and resolution.-Perform switch translations including routing and provisioning-Verify Cisco router configurations as part of Dynamic T-1 repair

Audit all T1,DS3 and ethernet orders for accuracy, including design, workflow, switch information, data information, and process accuracy. During the 4 month detail I audited over 300 orders and gave recommendations on ways to improve process flow and order accuracy.

Maintian and repair Harris switching platforms (LX,LH and Map) on Nationwide network. Test and turnup of FGD and SS7 circuits to Long distance carriers. Repair customer troubles.

Surveillance of voice and data network including Harris switches, Billing systems and all alarm contacts. 1st level troubleshooting and repair. Event escalation to Managers and technicians

Schedule agents, track and analyze productivity.Answer supervisor calls and call escalation. Develop training materials for new hires. Facilitate deparment move to Atlanta.
