When Vizzlie was acquired by CommentSold in 2021 I transitioned from Project Management at Vizzlie into my current product role with a 5 month timeline to launch a new product.

Empowered a skilled team to provide transformative outdoor adventures to under resourced and underrepresented youth throughout the Northwest. Identified process gaps/inefficiencies across teams and led strategic efforts to increase effectiveness, drive impact, and develop teams. Initiated and directed DEIB Training Initiative for permanent and seasonal staff and engaged Board of Directors around DEIB practices in order to better fulfill our mission. Coached the organization leadership in fundraising, human resources, staff development, program development and community partnerships. Consistently exceeded Board expectations, fundraising goals and engagement goals. Like many non-profits, we saw experienced the challenge of Covid-19 with our partner organizations feeling the brunt of it and had to retool and scale back which included developing a strategy to hand off my leadership role to a seasoned Program Director with the skills to take Peak 7 into its next chapter with a strong foundation.

Responsible for recruitment, adult education and mortgage packaging. Worked extensively with USDA government rural loan program staff to ensure loan success.Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative: Data driven community development and program development working in the core area of Quilcene, WA. Engaged community stakeholders and created community alliances with other social service organizations as we served families in East Jefferson County. I also worked directly with program participants as they partnered with Habitat's repair program or sought help with housing problems.Faith Relations - Cultivated and nurtured partnerships, both financial and project based, with faith communities in East Jefferson County in order to meet the need for affordable housing .

Led camp sales efforts to better provide transformative experiences for youth and adults. Led customer experience, marketing / sales efforts for two retreat centers located on the Kitsap Peninsula. Responsible for full sales cycle from prospecting groups throughout the Northwest. Significantly grew number of long term partnerships with local churches and other non profit groups through one on one meetings.
