I am a native Texan, born and raised in the Dallas area, and have been a practicing trial attorney in state and federal courts since finishing a federal judicial clerkship a long time ago in Waco, Texas. After spending 25 years at a large Texas firm, I joined Condon Tobin in 2020 right in the middle of the pandemic, where I hit the ground running working on complex business litigation matters around the country.I have first chair trial, appellate and arbitration experience, and have represented domestic and foreign clients in state and federal courts in Texas and around the nation, and in arbitrations administered by the American Arbitration Association, JAMS, and FINRA. My clients are from a variety of industries, including real estate, financial services, securities, energy, insurance, technology, telecommunications, retail, hospitality, and health care. I have also represented executors, trustees, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries in trust/estate disputes in probate court.My extensive litigation experience has given me a keen ability to assess disputes and provide realistic case evaluations. This allows me to develop strategies and budgets that take into account the probable outcome of a case.
