Current role is Senior Enlisted Leader Command and Control Flight 225th Air Defense Squadron. Operations Training Superintendent of the 225th Air Defense Sector. Manage operations training programs for all the 225th ADS as well as personnel schedules, promotions, daily operations, asset management, and project management. Duties include mentoring NCO's/CGO's, working with Leadership to implement new policies and stay current on all current and upcoming Air Force/Command and Control Battle management operations, regulations and policies. Expertise also include writing and improving current operating procedures, checklists, and career field wide operating manuals. Coordinate training syllabus with multiple Units all over the US. On the side I am currently learning computer systems, Linux OS, Python, and Penetration testing. I enjoy helping people with computers while also using it as an excuse to learn more about them. As always I put my relationship with Christ first above all else. I will be transitioning out of the military due to not receiveing the COVID vaccine.
